En Despega LLC ("Despega", "nosotros") queremos que tengas total claridad sobre cómo funcionan nuestras citas, pagos, cancelaciones y reembolsos. Esta política aplica a los servicios de consultoría de negocios, apertura de LLC, preparación de impuestos, bookkeeping y crédito de negocio que ofrecemos en Orem, Utah, ya sea en persona, por teléfono, WhatsApp, correo electrónico o videollamada.

Resumen: si cancelas con 24 horas o más de anticipación, no hay cargo. Si cancelas con menos de 24 horas, aplica un cargo del 50%. Si nosotros cancelamos y no podemos reprogramar, te reembolsamos el 100%.

1. Garantía de satisfacción

Si no estás satisfecho con el servicio que recibiste, avísanos dentro de las 24 horas siguientes a la cita, describiendo el problema y, si es posible, adjuntando documentos o capturas. Revisaremos tu caso y, como primera solución, te ofreceremos una sesión de corrección sin costo o el trabajo adicional necesario para resolver el problema. La corrección debe agendarse dentro de los 72 horas siguientes a tu reporte.

2. Reembolsos

Debido a que nuestros servicios son de consultoría profesional y se consumen al prestarse, los servicios completados generalmente no son reembolsables. Sin embargo:

Si una corrección no resuelve una queja válida, podemos, a nuestra discreción, emitir un reembolso parcial o un crédito de servicio.
Si Despega LLC cancela tu cita y no podemos reprogramarla en un horario que te funcione, cualquier pago o anticipo se reembolsa en su totalidad.
Los reembolsos aprobados se emiten al método de pago original dentro de los 10 días hábiles.

3. Cancelaciones y reprogramaciones del cliente

24 horas o más antes de la cita: sin cargo. Cualquier anticipo se reembolsa o se aplica a un servicio futuro.
Menos de 24 horas antes de la cita: aplica un cargo por cancelación del 50% del precio del servicio agendado.
No presentarse / sin respuesta: si llega la hora de tu cita y no podemos contactarte ni realizar el servicio (por ejemplo, no asistes a una cita presencial, no contestas la videollamada o el negocio no está disponible), la cita se trata como una cancelación del mismo día y aplica el cargo del 50%. Los anticipos no son reembolsables en estos casos.
Podemos eximir cargos por emergencias, a nuestra discreción.

4. Servicios recurrentes o en plan

Si contrataste un plan o paquete de servicios recurrentes (por ejemplo, bookkeeping mensual o mantenimiento de crédito), puedes cancelar el servicio continuo en cualquier momento notificándonos con al menos 24 horas de anticipación antes de la siguiente fecha programada. Los descuentos por plan aplican solo mientras el servicio esté activo.

5. Trabajo ya iniciado o trámites en curso

Algunos servicios implican trámites ante terceros (por ejemplo, registro de una LLC ante el Estado de Utah, trámites ante el IRS o el EIN). Cuando un trámite ya fue presentado ante la autoridad correspondiente, las cuotas gubernamentales y de terceros no son reembolsables, ya que no dependen de nosotros. Nuestra tarifa de servicio para trabajo ya realizado tampoco es reembolsable, salvo lo indicado en la sección 1.

6. Cargos por terceros

Los costos de terceros (por ejemplo, comisiones del estado, tarifas del IRS, honorarios de notario o servicios externos) se rigen por las políticas de esas entidades y no son reembolsables por Despega LLC.

7. Clima y circunstancias fuera de nuestro control

Si debemos cancelar por clima severo, enfermedad, fallas técnicas u otras circunstancias fuera de nuestro control, reprogramaremos la cita sin costo o reembolsaremos cualquier anticipo en su totalidad.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Despega LLC ("Despega," "we," "us") we want you to have full clarity on how our appointments, payments, cancellations and refunds work. This policy applies to the business consulting, LLC formation, tax preparation, bookkeeping and business credit services we provide in Orem, Utah, whether in person, by phone, WhatsApp, email or video call.

Summary: cancel 24 hours or more in advance and there is no charge. Cancel with less than 24 hours and a 50% fee applies. If we cancel and cannot reschedule, you get a 100% refund.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service you received, notify us within 24 hours of the appointment with a description and, if possible, supporting documents or screenshots. We will review your case and, as a first remedy, offer a no-charge correction session or the additional work needed to resolve the issue. The correction must be scheduled within 72 hours of your report.

2. Refunds

Because our services are professional consulting services consumed when performed, completed services are generally non-refundable. However:

If a correction does not resolve a valid complaint, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund or a service credit.
If Despega LLC cancels your appointment and we cannot reschedule at a time that works for you, any payment or deposit is refunded in full.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling by the Client

24 hours or more before the appointment: no charge. Any deposit is refunded or applied to a future service.
Less than 24 hours before the appointment: a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price applies.
No-show / no response: if your appointment time arrives and we cannot reach you or perform the service (for example, you do not attend an in-person appointment, do not answer the video call, or the business is not available), the appointment is treated as a same-day cancellation and the 50% fee applies. Deposits are not refundable in these cases.
We may waive fees for emergencies at our discretion.

4. Recurring or Plan Services

If you purchased a recurring or packaged plan (for example, monthly bookkeeping or credit monitoring), you may cancel ongoing service at any time with at least 24 hours' notice before the next scheduled date. Plan discounts apply only while the service is active.

5. Work Already Started or Filings in Progress

Some services involve filings with third parties (for example, registering an LLC with the State of Utah, or filings with the IRS or for an EIN). Once a filing has been submitted to the relevant authority, government and third-party fees are non-refundable, as they are not within our control. Our service fee for work already performed is also non-refundable, except as stated in section 1.

6. Third-Party Costs

Third-party costs (for example, state fees, IRS fees, notary fees or external services) are governed by those entities' policies and are not refundable by Despega LLC.

7. Weather and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

If we must cancel due to severe weather, illness, technical failures or other circumstances beyond our control, we will reschedule at no cost or refund any deposit in full.
